This car also came from a mountain range in Colorado. It was the back-up hearse for a funeral home that closed up.
When I got it home, it was a runner but had a lot of the mechanic stuff to freshen up, so it got a new neutral safety switch, new heater core, new radiator, new fuel pump, new water pump and I replaced all the fluids, took the rear end apart and re-sealed it up. Since then, it’s been a really good driving car.
The underside of it is very clean. The outside of the body needs some metal patches. I’m planning on fixing the body panels one at a time as I am driving the car and still using it.
