Frank with Cross Tools Patch

Frankenstein with the crossed tools behind his head. Ever wonder what Frank likes to do in his spare time? Why he likes to make hot rods and hearses out of old spare parts (kinda reminds me of the boss here at Dead Sled Morgue Worldwide Headquarters – Rocky!). When you are out digging through the stacks of parts at the local junkyard, why not have Frank and his tools proudly displayed on your Eisenhower coat?
